Dyno shootouts are great, and we all know that kawasaki will do well. It means nothing if you cant put that hp to the ground and make your bike run good. I've heard a lot of talk about the cosmetic changes on the new 12. Screw the [email protected]#it and give me the hard numbers. Will it outrun the busa. All that other crap means nothing to me. In fact, didn't the old 12 have more hp than the busa?

Well H*ll yeah it had more hp than the Busa, like 12 more!!! And like 15 pounds lighter, the only thing the Busa had on the 12 was torque and areo-dynamics, but they were both restricted to 186 mph. Unlock them both (eliminate the restriction), and the 12R outran the Busa, not by much, but it outran it!!!

[email protected] those <font color=blue>OUTLAW BIKERS</font color=blue>!!!

The thing about dynos is that they don't figure in when the ram-air kicks in. Besides, sure the ZX-12R has more horses than the 'Busa, but the 'Busa is more aerodynamic. At around 120MPH that's when aerodynamics really matter, especially at 180.

We all know the Dodge Viper pumps out more horses and torque than the Chevy 'Vette. But the 'Vette can clock times quite close to the Viper. That's because the 'Vette is more aerodynamic.

Never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
