I was reading the latest issue of Roadracing World and I saw an ad for an XES tracksuit.

Does anyone here have one of these? Do you like it?

They say they'll sell custom tracksuits to racers (race license) for $899, and they don't look that bad. Too bad I'm just a beginner though (no race license).

One of the other instructors at Cornerspeed has a set of them. They're actually not that bad for the money, although his were custom-made, graphics-wise, and he had to send them back twice because they kept sending the wrong color combinations, etc. He said the guy was nice enough, but it got really frustrating and time-consuming to have to keep sending them back till they got it right. But the leathers do look pretty good, and he's not said anything derogatory about the quality/fit/etc. I'm just of the opinion that you get what you pay for. I'd hate to think that my last thought, just before my ass hits the pavement, is: "Man, I sure hope I bought some quality leathers heeeeerrrrreeeee!"

They look pretty good. full armour, speed hump. 1.3- 1.4 mm leather. not bad.
