well I'm bored and started thinking about the weight savings I've made on the T595 so correct me if this seems out of line but my best guess estimate is, starting with a dry weight of 439 lbs.(race weight)....
remove lights & blinkers..... 5 lbs.
horn & mirrors (not needed) ..... 3 lbs.
ohlins rear ..... 4 lbs.
billet aluminum triple clamps & rear link.... 4 lbs.
plastics (sides,front,rear & seat unit).... 8 lbs.
exhaust system ...... 8 lbs.
wheels front & rear (magnesium)..... 6 lbs.
race chain & sprockets..... 3lbs.
for a total loss of........... 39 lbs.
for a dry race weight of ..... 400 lbs.
still 30 lbs. heavier than the oriental machines but does that sound about right????
