I know the real reason they're ahead though, so many yami maintenance questions, that's gotta be it, oh and people whining about being stomped by a gix 1k and 954 on their yamabog r-un's.(r1s)

LOL! That's funny /images/icons/laugh.gif. If you ask me though, this site is getting kinda boring. All you ever see are "my bike is better than your bike" and "Honda versus Yamaha" posts. Instead of focusing on worthy bike information, a lot of the members are flooding the site with horseshit in what seems to be a lame attempt to get the most posts for their respective boards. As if they get a kickback from the manufacturer for what they think is "brand loyalty". Don't get me wrong, this site is still good for tech questions, but lately it's been losing its flavor.

The 929 is by far a more comfortable ride than the R1. The 929-954 is the best all around bike in its class. Everyone has an opinion of what bike is better but most of these people have never driven the bike they bash. I`ve driven the R1,929,ZX9 and GSXR1000. All of these bikes are great but I liked the 929 the best. As for the 954 being slower than the 929,ha. Check the lap times not the .25 mile runs. Any idiot can go straight(minus a few).

Personelly I don't care what bike is supposed to be the best. In reality, there is no "best bike" out there. It's all opinions. All the manufactures (except the POS Harley's) make wonderfull bikes. If you buy a Yamaha, your gonna defend the Yamaha. If you buy a Honda, your gonna defend the Honda, it's simple! I ride and love kawi's but I don't put down other manufactures, I know everyone out there makes good bikes. Just becasue the Gixxer's are the fastest doesn't make them best. Some people would rather have a slower but yet better looking bike than the rest. Some people want comfort over speed. It's such a waste of time trying to pick the "best" sportbike because in reality there is no "Best" bike out there. ok I'm done.
