I can disticntly remember people saying that the SV cannot have a slip-on, yet I have see slip-ons advertised for the SV. The only manufacturer I can recall off the top of my head though is Blueflame. If anyone could shed light on this, It would be greatly appreciated.

You can get a slip on but you will have to cut the stock can off. This isn't a problem as you are provided a sleave and a clamp to attach the aftermarket can to the headers so you could put the stock can back on if needed.

I just installed a Holeshot slip-on on my SV. Have to cut the original just as TLWANNAB mentioned above. It comes with a coupler to put the stock can back on if you should ever want or need to. www.holeshot.com
