I've been thinking about making one for my R1 but the engineering involved is stupendous/images/icons/shocked.gif

you can do it it's actually rather easy. Just take off your current swingarm, grab a powersaw and cut it in half. Next take a safety pin and kinda stick it in there somewhere where it will stay. There you have it

Master of what? The TransGender Army?

Never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

What would be the advantage other than looks and quicker wheel changes? Is the arm more rigid? I amean it looks cool. As far as the rim change the front to match the rear not the other way around.

Trans gender army, where have heard that before.

The rim certainly brings attention to what's been done to make the bike different. I wouldn't spend anytime trying to engineer my own single swing (and I'm an engineer), I'm guessing it's easier to find one off a Ducati or the likes and make it fit. Let someone else do the majority of the thinking!

That's a thing of beauty, except for the bar ends.
