Just wondering how many of ya have ridden with an injury or in pain of some sort? Sometimes us ladies have a higher tolerance for pain. /images/icons/wink.gif/images/icons/laugh.gif I just recently sprained my left ankle and decided when i pick up my new ride soon i may just have to deal with the pain.

How about 2 weeks following an episiotomy? (sp?)
Now THAT is devotion to the sport! /images/icons/smile.gif
And incidentally, It felt like the first time I'd ever been on a bike, it was so 'new' again after being away so long.

You won't notice the pain, you'll be too busy grinning on your new wheels!

Awe, come on, I gotta bring up an old story at least one more time. (Remember, I did get the jackass of the day award last year for stalling and dropping vtl's bike.)

I raced injured (knee)at Laguna Seca. Finished in the top ten of the AMA SuperTeams event. Even though I pitched it on the last lap and was knocked unconscious, I still finished in the top ten. The crash brought out the red flag and results were calculated from the riders' positions at the last lap completed by the leader before the red flag. How's that for riding injured.

I rode with a broken heart for a couple of months. I was able to tolerate it though. (I'm a tough guy).../images/icons/crazy.gif

I hope that after I die, people will say of me: "That guy sure owed me a lot of money."

Yes Kat, I did attempt to adjust my ass with curb concrete at 50mph. Strangely enough, riding while injured was the only time my tailbone actually felt better!
Gman is right, actually - my ass was cracked.
