With all this talk of people getting rid of their 9R's I thought I would chime in with a story of someone buying one - me /images/icons/smile.gif

Well just 3 more sleeps until I go and pick up my new baby!!! I'm driving down to Thunder Bay this weekend to pick up my new 2002 ZX-9R!! /images/icons/smile.gif

I took my 6E out of storage today and even went for a quick ride (-6C - brrrr!) to make sure everything was in shape. I will be trucking it down trading it in and bringing the new one home.

Now I wish this damn snow would melt!!! /images/icons/frown.gif

No, I know that is not the Kawi thing to do but I like green race bikes (I'd love to get a green 6R or 7R for track days /images/icons/smile.gif) not green for an everyday bike.

So long??? I guess maybe it's because this is the first time I've not had a bike in so many years, but this winter seemed to fly by. Plus there wasn't any snow on the ground to keep me off of it if there were a bike in my garage. But because I don't have a bike, it's killing me to see everyone else out there enjoying even the 'semi-warm' days of winter.

Great choice of motorcycles there, and color too! Have fun.
