I think they are dust guards the actuall seals are sunk into the forks a bit

That would be the best way but I isent the only way.
Next time I'm down there I'll talk to Ray and I can get a better understanding of how it's gonna attach and what kind of material thickness we'll need, ect...

Reverse engineering the part would be easy, but making it from scratch would be possible as well. So don't fret my little A.S.S.'s, I'll hook you up/images/icons/wink.gif
