I'm sure this has been asked before but, Have any of you had your oil light come on for a about two minutes then go off?/images/icons/crazy.gif Mine has done this twice.

Also how far have you gone on reserve? I was on the home today and the light came on about 25 miles out. I made it home but would like to know how far I can go.

happens all the time... yamaha goofed a little with the oil level sensor. Just top off your oil until the level in the window comes up to the top of the window. (R1)

I went 38 miles once... didnt run out but it was damn close!
