I like the look of the jacket alot. What does it have in the way of armor? Is it a reputable brand? How would it go with your bike or other gear?

I like it, but it's not for me. I have a Duc 996 and like the blue/white/yellow Red Bull Ducs, but wouldn't want one either. I think I'd like it at 1st but then would get bored of it. BTW, what is Gauloises? Is that the brand?

Gauloise is a band of French cigarettes, very strong (they'll put cigars to shame) and only recently filtered.
I tried one once, never again.

What Duc748 said.. if you agree with the armor it has on it and the quality of the leather and jacket overall.. then go for it. Those 3 things are just about the only things involved in chosing.... 4 things.. forgot size.

Thanks Nemesis. One more thing about these race replica jackets...they will make you more visible to others. In traffic this is a good thing but you run the risk of being more noticable to law enforcement as well. Just keep this in mind if you get the jacket.
