I'm pretty sure I know what they are but here is the description.

Two spade connectors sheilded by clear plastic boots come off the wiring harness near the rectifier connection on my 96 ZX-6E. When I took the wiring harness out I didn't label them although I labeled everything else which leads me to beleive that they were not hooked up to anything.

I have talked with a couple friends and they beleive as I know do that they are just diagnostic hookups for the bike. What do you guys think? Do you need a picture?(I can take one if you want, it's just a bit of a pain).

just the colors of the wires would help.

Let me guess....white/blue and black/yellow.

They are accessory connectors. Thats what the accessory fuse powers.

BTW, they are hot at all times, so be careful what you hook to it.
