Airline security

1. Check all hose fittings for excess wear

2. Check line PSI ratings and compare to max PSI of attached compressors

3. Check metal lines daily for excess corrosion especially around fittings and joints

4. Use drain valves to remove excess moisture to preven internal corrosion of metal lines

5. Check rubber lines daily for excess cracking or wear

6. Store hoses on racks or re-coil units to keep hoses away from vehicles and chemicals

7. Ensure tools or devices attached to airlines are in proper working order

8. Check belts on compressors weekly to ensure airlines have proper pressure

9. Never try to stretch an airline, attach an extension if necessary

10. Keep rubber lines way from chemicals and sun as these can shorten the life span of rubber lines
