I had a hotwheels model and I modified it to match the mods on my real bike. I removed the turn signals and tinted the screen (black marker). Funny how easy and cheap it was to modify the model. Unfortunately it suffered a high side and was totalled. I only have the mono tail section left. Let me know if anyone wants it or I'll post it on eBay!
Prete, if you have a light smoke screen on your bike now you could simulate that on the model by doing the following (works for green tint at least). Take your black paint and let it sit for a week or until the paint settle and you have a clear fluid on top. Use this clear fluid to paint the inside of the screen and you should notice a slight black tint. Something I learned from modeling many years ago.
