So on my morning (bicycle)ride to practice today Im feeling in the mood so Im riding faster then normal(doing about 25), Im coming up on this intersection I have the green light, and I see a Red Ford Explorer come up to the light to make a right turn, I look at her, she looks at me...MAKES FVCKING EYE CONTACT, and then just as Im about 1/3 of the way thru the intersection she starts out, right in front of me, FVCKING ZBITHC. SO i slam on the brakes, and wouldn't you know it, hters a litttle gravel on the road surface, and the bike starts to slide(without gravel I would have locked hte rear anyway im sure. Anyway, noway am I going to be able to stop, I lean the bike left and slide into her rear door broadside, doing maybe 15 at this point, put a nice dent in her door and my head bounces off her window breaking it.


then she pulls over gets out as Im picking my bike back up and starts to yell at me. Oh I wanted to shank her, I basically tell her to go fvck herself before i broke something else, SO now i got a nice bruise on my hip. :bird: :bird: :bird: :bird:

Hey, at least you got to dent her SUV. If she came to me with lip like that I think I'd tell her that you're taking her plate and going to call the cops (ineffective but always scares people).

You need to pursue legal action!! If you have any injuries that show up later, or she comes back at you, and you don't have a police report you could be [email protected] Get her info, talk to a lawyer and get a police report.

im fine, i gave her no info at all, i could find her if i wanted to, just turn down that street and look for the explorer with no window, but if id have tried to get anything out of her, id more then likely have assault charges filed on me already. I [censored] hate courts and lawyers, so I hope she enjoys fixinghte window and sidepanel

well, I just got off the phone with my mother, and told her what happened, and I get a lecture about needing to control my temper, how Im just like my father.

which is true, but i pointed out to her ----mom, shes still alive, trust me, I controlled myself


I think what I should start doing is putting a kill list on my frame, So far on that bike, Ive taken out 1 corrolla taillight(after they cut me off, and I put my foot thru their light to keep from highisiding) and this dumb bitch in te explorer


now Im all pissed off again

Speaking of ladies...

I had a young lady cut infront of me while she was talking on the phone and then driving back to the base I see a bunch of emergency cars and CHPs gathered on the side of the road going the other way. Come to find out, it was another young lady who lost control of the car due to the fact that the pavement was wet and she was racing and cutting infront of another vehicle. Oh yeah, she was not wearing a seatbelt and lost her life.

All in one afternoon...

But as for that SUV... I would have filed charges, but given the situation I guess you know what you're doing :smile:

Yep, even bicycles have to follow the rules of the road just like a car, so had you wanted to, you could have gotten her cited for an unsafe movement or something along those lines.

I had a girl in a Neon (looked 16, 17) pull out of an intersetion right behind, a preceeds to get closer and closer to the rear of my Dakota. I looked in the mirror good and yup, talking on the cell phone, looking around not paying a bit of attention to the vehicle in front of here. If I had made a quick stop or anything, she whould have been picking the parts of her radiator out of my hitch reciever ~
