Hey guys...how difficult is it to replace fork seals? The shop wants $200 to do it and I was just wondering if it is a simple enough job for me to do at home so I can save a little money.

Depends on the bike. With inverted forks it is a pain in the bootie. I just sent my forks off to get rebuilt, try http://www.traxxion.com they come highly reccomended.

I don't think the F3 has inverted forks, but you might want to send them off anyway. They are only charging me $125 labor for both, but I have to remove the forks myself, and pay for shipping.
