although I don't think that's exactly what you are looking for... it *does* allow you to see some of that stuff, but the cool thing is it lets you order printed pages of all the reports and reviews of a specific model-year bike. I know where to find gsxr info... otherwise, I don't know of a site exactly like you're asking for, Nemisis.
