Mike, perhaps double posting this in DR2 is wise.

hmm, i see u did sorta.. seeing as it so far only has 12 views, perhaps you should change the title to include Porn Policy. That may grab the member's attention to read it.

The problem with that is, if an admin at a company logs in to see why an employee is on here, and finds those and checks them out, wether the employer actually views them or not could cost them their job. That is our policy at my work place....and, they do watch for hit counts on web-sites and log who visits them. It's their internet connection and they pay for it, so I try to be cognizant of their rules.....

I was born in europe, but i've lived in NY for most of my life. Now that we got that out of the way, I'm not going to post examples (lingerie is forbidden) but they are both pieces of cloth, in the same exact shape

I'm not gonna take sides in this debate, but an eSportbiker who I will leave usernameless gave me a bunch of crap for my signature picture. He(the crap giver) stated that my signature causes him problems at work due to its "teen hormone driven content" or some crap along those lines. But my signature picture is Mother Teresa compared to some of the ones I have seen.

The "crap giver" and I have an understanding, but why should we worry about people accessing this site from their job, when they probably should be doing work. Or why can't they grasp the concept of obeying the rules of their workplace as opposed to trying to restrict others who use their own computer. ESB is a great site and I don't see why anyone should lose their job for accessing this site, unless they work for some really uptight people. I imagine ESB would like more people to be able to access this site, even if it is from work, but where does it end

Just my .02cents

RoadpizzaRyan,

I would agree on the sig issue. I don't see all that much wrong with it, if it is the one I'm seeing now.

It is the many isuues... not just workplace restrictions, but family issues, where many have expressed to me they surf eSport while home with the kids, and they don't want a naked body showing up and having to explain that to their kids, or the advatisers who for their politcal reason don't want to be associated with a site that allows porn, or just the plain old fact that porn is everywhere, so why not have something different. There are other sportbike sites that allow porn, maybe those that are in need of their dual fixation of bikes and porn can find it on one of those sites? Personally... and this is what determines 60% of the decisions around here, I don;t want it on esport. I tried the freedom approac on another site, and it destroyed it within 6 months. The only people left were people who loved porn and maybe liked motorcycles... instead of the opposite. Not what I think esport should become!

To clarify the policy here at eSportbike on content whether it is text, attachments or links, I have outlined the rules below. The moderators and admins are only enforcers of this rule... If you have any comments regarding these or any other issues, please direct them to Mike DiSabatino, President of SportbikeS.com, the parent company of eSportbike.com. Mike's contact information is:
Tele: 1-805-987-1741 x4
eMail: [email protected]

Any Users that are found in violation of these rules are subject to immediate suspension and/or dismissal from eSportbike.com. We recognize that there are many choices as to where you can share your ideas and comments, we want eSportbike to be the BEST place to share your SPORTBIKE ideas and comments!

Absolutely no pornography is allowed in the forums. This is any form of pornographic content, including but not limited to:
- naked breasts (women)
- crotches (women or men)
- lingerie
- sex acts of any kind/gender or species
If you have any doubt about the content.. Don't publish it here!

eSportbike will "currently" allow:
- bikinis
- fully clothed hot looking babes / guys

Our goal is to keep this site at work and home! This policy may change based on new information that may be acquired regarding, among other things, corporate internet access policies.

Remember WE all make this site the best sportbike site on the web. Lets keep it that way!

I agree with Jsem. If you're gonna ban lingerie, bikinis should be banned as well. They both show off the same body parts. I don't think anyone considers maxim and fhm porn, but you might as well be consistent to prevent complaining.
