Their not located in Canada but http://www.zcustom.com are some of the best custom leathers available. Remember, leathers=expensive, custom leathers=very expensive

If you wanna come around Quebec there is Akouri Leather they make custom one piece and two piece leather suits for 625$ canadian. Very nice quality, (just bought my gf jacket and pants)PM me if you want more info.
