To DUC748,

DUC, this is the new Ducati of my German Ladyfriend. The clutch cover is one she had on her SPO before.
It was made by a company on her request.
I believe it's exactly what you're looking for....

That's it exactly, pimmie (or so it appears). Duc's already found a place here in the states that had 'em and he's got one on order. If I'm not mistaken, they came off the old 888 superbike.

Yep, that's true..
I had one on my Superlight. It was modelled after the one of the 888.
I believe there's also one like this but then kind of cut in half. The front is completely open but it has the same holes and slits...
btw, where did he find it?
I've seen the ones from Ducati Perfomance but they're way too expensive!

Hehe, just thought I'd ask. /images/icons/smile.gif I wish I knew some ladies that rode 998s!

I shot an email to MCC Motorsports asking for an ETA on the clutch covers. Hopefully he gets back to me today.

Yeah, this is the last time I let John do all the research, find the part, deal with the company and order an extra for me. Sheesh! What's taking so long, John?? /images/icons/wink.gif

Heheh.... It would probably be more convenient to just carry a pack of David's sunflower seeds in a tankbag. /images/icons/tongue.gif

Look at this picture and look outside...
The bike was standing inside for so long it started to attract something other than dust!

As for the stand...
It's a steel rod through the rear axle with supports on both sides!
