Exclamation Help derbi gpr 50 coil?????

I'm new to the site and new to "replica" bikes. I've recenty bought a 1999 Derbi GPR50. This thing is sweet... or at least it probly was befor some one molested it. I got the bike "in pieces", for $50 bucks. I'm thinking i got a good deal. Had to buy a selector shaft to replace a broke one. had to buy a lock and tumbler set because the dude couldnt find the key??? and hade to put every thing back togeather because the guy I got it from said he was going to restore it . Any way I'm ready to put the motor in, bolt it up every thig lokks fine I'm wireing this thing up and I relize... THERE's NO COIL that I can find.

I've looked all over the internet and i know not every one messes with these little bikes... even the guy I got it off of didn't know it was a reputable bike... he thought it was some odd ball CHINES MADE what ever. I can't find an honest pic or explanation of were the coil mounts... I know its has one due to the exploded view I got from a DERBI parts site.e

one pic

I just need to know if any one has a detailed pic of the coil the wires the hook up to it and were to mount this thing. It would be very helpful and I would be very appreciative of you.

Welcome to the family around here. I wish I had an answer for you, but I don't. Good luck with your search.
