Lots of work for me, and the fun of my kids, leaves little time to play.

Holy crap, another person! Please stay, maybe more will come. After work is done and the boy is in bed, we have an hour tops to "play."
Ya mon! More fiah.
Been dreaming of bikes again, maybe the better half will allow it

My poor Duc has been winterized for the past 3 or so years. Still looks mint, albeit really sad and lonely. Silly car build has been eating every single spare moment I have.
I vowed to at least fire it up next week, but then again, this isn't the first time I've said that.

You are still working on the project car? Yikes!
Been on the Ducati twice this year...been trying to find time to get the Kawasaki running clean again (carb sync).

Hey John! really great to see you around here!
Yep, it's been a HUGE project, especially when there's an idiot involved in the build process
146,200+ hits on my build blog, which absolutely amazes me. I can't believe people actually want to read about my stupidity

Well, after dumping out the old fuel and replacing with fresh, she's alive!
I just bumped the engine over a few times to circulate oil, and then gave her the official cue to start. She fired up on the first go. Says a lot for doing a proper winterization.
Being that it's so late in the season, looks like I'll be winterizing it again
Why do I torture myself like that?

I peep in, just don't have anything to offer these days.
Was real close to getting out and sync'ing the carbs on the 6R this weekend but that fell to the wayside due to other items in the house taking my attention. Next weekend?
Browsed your blog...that looks like a lot of work. Hope you are happy with the end result when all is said and done. Looking forward to some track footage!

It won't be tracked. Street only. I think heading back to the track would be dangerous for me in that I would "Get the itch". Then, before you know it, I'd be building another race bike and getting my racing license back.
Weren't you synching the carbs the last time you popped in here?
