when good bikes go bad

well at least i think this a yamaha...? or should i say WAS a yamaha...? massive WAD-UP seen yesterday at the track before scooting home for WSBK. thinking R6. no intact identifying body work remained. ya know it's bad when your rear tire's flat, forks appear visibly twisted, ya see 3 different colors of fluid (yel, grn, and brn) on the deck of the crash truck, and it looks like your power commander and battery were scooped up and stuffed back in place like so much spilled intestines. new york sportbike club in attendance...

and in better yamaha news. here's a full carby'd R1. and i mean FULL CARBY...!!! mirage, you prolly know the guy, but eat your heart out. this thing must be like 50G's all in. brembo, ohlins, gilles, akra, bst, braketech CMC rotors, PC3, etc. etc. and dude was out there COASTING. notice the chicken strips (why that's 2-pc and a biscuit!). but then again, i prolly would coast too having spent all this money on kit. LOL credit given for at least being out there...

The frame is aluminium.

The war is not meant to be won. It is meant to be continuous. The essential act of modern warfare is the destruction of the produce of human labor. A hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance.

Either more money than talent or a one lap shake-down before some electrical gremlin appeared and forced them to the trailer.

I'm going with the former.
