Street Fighter R1

Does anyone have a picture of a good looking R1 that's been converted into a street fighter? I bought this bike cheap ($1000.00) just to sell it, but now I'm getting attached to it.

I also thought about putting on a 300.00 set of race fairings and doing something like
this with a small headlight and fitting some brake lights and turn signals on it. But I was also wondering if anyone knew just how cheap the cheap race fairings off of ebay really are.

I like the street fighter version although I would get the tailsection bodywork for it.

Iím defiantly going to put on the tail section body work. I almost bought a set of GYT-R dual exhaust for it, but I need to spend the money in other places right now. Like a gas tank, I think this one is dented too bad.

Shifty~ I think you should sell it and keep the money for something else. Truth be told I've never been a fan of street fighters, especially one's that didn't start out that way: (i.e. R1, ZX10, etc.). If I wanted something like that I'd get an Aprilia Tuono 1000 R Factory:

That or butt dimple surgery.

I don't dig street fighter conversions on fully faired bikes.

Trying to make the parts that are supposed to be hidden look good is a challenge. I don't care for turning the R1 into a street fighter either. I mat just buy the track body work just to give me something to play with over the winter.

Track plastics sound like a plan. : And I like the endurance looks if handled right...one offset light is nice.

Shifty~ I defintely like the track bike idea. The "dimples on your butt" I'll leave for Duc.
