I'm with Jabuan- when on two wheels, don't compromise!

I didnt know because they are made just like the airplane tires. I figured if the airplanes are using the same stuff then why not ? I dont know, thanks for the input though.

Well, we all know how notorious the irplanes are for cost cutting and I bet their new tires are EXPENSIVE so they'll try retreads till one blows.
Anyway, at least wait till a year goes by after these hit the market to see what type of track record they create. If there are no issues, go for it- they do claim to use the exact same process and tire manufacutures- the tread is put on after the carcass is ready either way- new or retreads. If they use the same process and if the original carcass has not been subjected to too many damaging heat cycles, I'd say their tires may be as good as the originals. However, wait for a while.

I would be hesitant about using them. Especially if you do any track riding. If all you do is cruise around town they are probably adequete but I would, at least, wait until they get some more reviews.

Hey Jabuan. When's your next track day? I got my last fix yesterday. Can't wait until the next one.
