How many of you would be interested...(Track Day)

Ok, I'm trying to get a feel of how many people I know would be interested in doing this. My roommate was suggesting to me that I get a bunch or riders together and just rent a track for the day. He works on the Kawasaki race team and he has some connections on renting tracks and he says that if we split the costs it would be rather affordable. That way we could set it up how we want and make sure we get lots of track time. I am interested in doing a testing day to get my suspension totally worked out with my race tech boys, so I would really like to have some open track time. I know that the Willow tracks are the cheapest (Willow Springs and Streets of Willow), Buttonwillow is pretty cheap too, but if we get enough interest, we might be able to get California Speedway also. But I need to see who is interested and how much we are all willing to spend, and what would be the best day to do it.

I would be game, I just need time to get my RS back together track worthy again. What does it cost to rent Willow for a day?

I now live in Flagstaff AZ so the CA tracks are not an unreasonable drive for me.

Best to refer to this same thread in pacific forum. It has gotten all the hits.

Looks like willow tracks are $4k-5k.

I would be interested if the cost came in around 100.

Also for all licensed WSMC riders there will be a open trackday on the 28th for a price of $50. (Must have 2003 membership in though)
