MV Agusta's F4 1000 is probably the most elitist motorcycle you can imagine, but don't hold that against it. It is that way because the people behind it always wanted the F4 to be the best, the fastest and the most desirable object in motorcycling. The versatile and moderately priced Ninja 650R has impressed us since it joined Kawasaki's sport line-up in 2006. It proved to be a worthy competitor to Suzuki's venerable SV650, being both newbie-friendly and capably sporty.
